Nicolas Munoz Bonilla

My passion for acting was sparked in northern Italy when, as a little kid, I watched Spider-Man and instantly became that superhero in my imagination. I’d wear jeans and a buttoned shirt—secretly donning my homemade Spider-Man costume—and dash around the classroom, dreaming of a life on the big screen. That early spark set me on a path fueled by the desire to travel for shoots, impact lives, and explore the endless possibilities of storytelling.

Despite limited local opportunities, I carved out my own path. At 13, I dove into amateur theatre and later enriched my skills through a three-year musical course that included dancing, ballet, singing, and stage acting. An intensive eight-week film workshop in Florence with the New York Film Academy further honed my craft—recording monologues, performing in professionally shot scenes, and even modeling for a Korean sportswear brand.

What sets me apart is the vibrant energy and multicultural perspective I bring to every role. Born in Colombia and raised in Italy, I learned early on the value of hard work, perseverance, and the art of transformation. Fluent in Spanish, Italian, English, and French, and with a strong athletic background from years playing rugby and learning ballet, I channel discipline and passion into my performances.

I’m drawn to real, transformative stories—whether that’s in dramas that tackle social injustices, comedies that light up the room, or action-packed roles that keep audiences on the edge of their seats. Ultimately, my goal is to break into the big leagues and earn recognition for my work—dreaming of an Oscar someday as a reflection of the dedication I pour into every project.

Now based on the Gold Coast and ready to explore new opportunities in South East QLD, I’m here on Stage32 to connect, collaborate, and bring unforgettable stories to life.
