Conflict is a part of every relationship, yet most of us struggle to communicate effectively. Miscommunication, unmet expectations, financial stress, and differing values often create emotional distance rather than resolution. From household responsibilities to parenting styles and intimacy, these challenges are universal.

But conflict isn’t the enemy—it’s how we handle it that matters. Healthy relationships thrive on:

Active Listening – Understanding what’s said (and unsaid).

Empathy – Seeing things from the other’s perspective.
