A Rwandan boy who grew up in a rural village completes all his schooling there and earns a scholarship to study at a university in the city. There, he meets South Sudanese students who warmly welcome him; through their friendships and social community, he learns about different cultures, gains insight into people and life beyond his village, and discovers how peace, humanity, and cooperation can unite people from diverse backgrounds.
