Dawn Rivard

Based out of the Mid- West U.S.A. & Toronto Dawn carries a valid O-1 working visa for the U.S.
She is an expert on wigs, hair and makeup and her designs have been seen around the world including New Zealand, Europe and the US. Her creations have been seen in hundreds of theatrical shows, plays, operas, CD covers, magazines & TV shows.
Her skills helped build Broadway’s Ragtime, Sunset Blvd., Showboat and the Canadian Opera Company’s world premiere of Mario and the Magician and more than 20 other Canadian Opera Company productions.
She created the wigs and make-up for the Marriott Theatre’s Joseph Jefferson Award winning productions, (Chicago’s highest theatrical honor for artistic achievement), of Miss Saigon, 1776, Funny Girl, Cats and Showboat as well as 8 of their other productions.
Also, she won an Arizona Award of Excellence for Hair and Make-up Design for the production of Cats.
Currently, she designs for the distinguished programs at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI and for Florentine Opera Company in Milwaukee, WI.
