Célia Alturas

Born in Mozambique and raised in Portugal. Completed higher education at the Superior School of Dance in Lisbon and then studied acting for Theatre and Cinema at Michael Howard Studios in New York. Started working as a professional in Contemporary Dance, Theatre Dance and Physical Theatre. Acted on Theatre, Musicals, TV and Cinema. Worked in the most important theatres in Lisbon, Madrid, Mozambique and Cape Vert. Participated in Feature Films, Short Films and TV series. Along with acting career, also developed creative work as a Stage Director, Music composer, Script writer, Film Director and Voice Over Artist. Currently based in London and represented by Bam Entertainment.
