Hello there, I’m Elaine the Bionic polymath with a TROOL-Y bent sense of humour. I fully subscribe to the Art of Kintsugi. My body is covered in scars. I look like a map of the backroads of Idaho. And as of late.. I'm about to spill my guts.. AND NO i do not mean write a "tell all book" I am PAINFULLY Literal!!

I host The Suicide Zen Forgiveness Podcast, started as am homage to my friend Andrea.. New years eve 1972, Andrea chose to take her own life.Her untimely death would change my life in ways I didn't know or understand then. As she bestowed
a Gift it would take me more than 39 years to appreciate! That Gift from Andrea.. has kept me living and breathing since life got messy in 1975...and 76... and 83... and 85 and well a shitload of times!

I have hosted the BBPTVShow: since 2012 I'm the 2nd most curious person on the planet. I love to find out WHY? Amazing guests share their digital journeys and riff on what they are passionate about!

On the pay the mortgage front, I am an SEO/Social Optimization Specialist, Columnist and Speaker
I've been a movie extra, done some live theater, have done 6 minutes stand up now on stage, at 2 different clubs.. First at Yuk Yuk’s Ottawa ( I was invited back) and then at Don’t Quit Your day Job in New Edinburgh. I speak for biz about SEO/Social Media Optimization because I believe we are all about Integration. From your mindset out!

On a personal note, I speak about suicide, Zen and forgiveness. Hopefully inspiring true life motivation and gratitude. My story first told in Sep 2013 is becoming a book currently with the working title '"Always wear Clean Underwear"
