I know being in films - especially acting, directing, producing, etc. - can be quite crazy. This world is already a movie of God ; making movies within a movie can be quite intriguing - even delusive ! Being sincere is good, but every time we take our roles and the associated conflicts too seriously, we tend to get deluded. Daily meditation can anchor us back into our native peace and joy.
