It was 4 hours after a hardcore leg's day. Heavy all the way and my logic mind told me that its not a suitable day to try some #MuayThaiFlyingKnee moves but faith says otherwise. The legs jello but I believe. So after taking my #Milk lol yes... #GotMilk ? i took out my #SamsungGalaxyNote2 and got over to the empty side of the gym and started jumping... and I was jumping higher than the last photo I look.. well, it feels like it. I used to play basketball a lot back in the days and I've bought JumpSoles, Science of Jumping, Air Alert 3 and a few other programs just to jump higher for a guy at 169cm. I've learn a lot about Hangtime and controlling the center of gravity of the body and that feeling came round when I jumped. Nice to know I can still do it.
Never a High Flyer these days but I can still make out a few good shots for photos. That don't mean I can't train to do what I did before. My focus is different for now with bodybuilding for strength and physique and more grounded fighting method. But I do wish back then in the days when I did the jumping switch kick and hit the top of the monkey bar we had more accessible video camera or camera phone. lol. Up for any acting roles which requires muscular physique or stunts
