I am a storyteller at heart—an author, composer, singer-songwriter, and creative mentor. Whether analyzing screenplays, refining manuscripts, or crafting music for TV and film, I thrive on bringing stories to life. But my work goes beyond the page and the stage—I help people rewrite the stories they tell themselves, breaking free from self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and creative blocks.
Growing up in Fairbanks, Alaska, and moving to Vancouver, Washington, at the age of 9, I battled severe allergies from age 9 to 30 and overcame intense social anxiety. Once hesitant to step into the spotlight, I am now fearless—running mountains, tackling the impossible, and helping others do the same. A mother of two, I live each day to the fullest, transforming chaos into clarity and proving that nothing is impossible.
Through my books, music, and mentoring, I empower creatives to push past limitations, take control of their narratives, and achieve a life of balance, purpose, and freedom.
My mission? To make the world a better place—one story at a time.
