When I look at actor showreels, I always wonder why they edit them. I can't tell anything if you cut it down to bits. Why not use the longest takes, to show what you can do? Or, send an entire short f...

Or, send an entire short film, if you're in one, or a monologue? I mean, you're not an editor, so why show an editor's showreel?

I agree with Vasco, keep it as simple as possible, showcase your talent and nobody else's. A flashy edit and graphics might be counterproductive.

Luca, all advice is an opinion. If you want a numerical definite answer to everything, play sudoku.
