Vivian Orozco's Lounge Discussions

Around spring of 2013, our creative team came up with an interesting concept. We are a new studio, and after shooting our first short film, we were back at the drawing board. Our director, Vivian, had actually just finished her run at the Florida Renaissance Festival (Where she plays a character.) She was curious to film what the Renaissance Festival Audience doesn't see at the show; and so "Between Myth and History" was born. Since the idea was concepted, we've spent 6 months filming the workshop, rehearsal, industry, and performance processes of the show. At this juncture, we are trying to put our project through Post- production in an effort to enter it into the Ft. Lauderdale Film Festival! If anyone who is interested, we are currently looking for crew for our upcoming project, Documentary 2014. We are primarily seeking local cinematographers, sound technicians, compositors, and editors. We also have positions open for two Assistant Directors and a Production assistant. Good Morning! My name is Vivian Orozco and I am the Director and CEO for Humaya Films. Humaya Films is a South Florida-based film crew made up of a rag-tag group of wannabe superheroes, in that we all come from different backgrounds to make up the classiest bunch of artists this side of the Mason Dixon. Infused with a love of writing, drawing, acting, film, and music, simply put, we create stories.
