Daniel J. Meyer

I have always had a strong interest in the arts, with particular emphasis in theatrical arts. For this reason I have dedicated my studies and professional development to acquiring knowledge and experience in this field. Both during my education in my native city of Buenos Aires, and in my current city of residence, Barcelona, I have accumulated extensive knowledge in the theatrical, musical and audiovisual areas. Throughout my varied artistic education, I have also always been actively involved in creative projects, working as director, assistant director, stage manager, and actor. In arts management I have experience in organization and management of tours with theater companies, that I’ve also directed, through Catalonia.

Having lived in the United States for 4 months, I achieved a high level of English, both written and oral. Moreover, I have obtained a bilingual level of Catalan and I am fully fluent in my mother tongue, Spanish.

My goals, in what respects the theatre is to be able to direct projects which inspire me, while remaining artistically faithful and conscious of all the elements which comprise a play.
It is important for me to continue acquiring knowledge in all aspects of the artistic creation in an effort to become a complete and versatile artist. That is why I look forward to bringing my creativity, skills to your business, where I may also continue growing both professionally and personally. I would like to gain experience alongside a promising and affirmed artists from around the globe.
