About Katie

Katie Parks left a 12 year career of sales and marketing management in May 2013 to pursue her dream of being an professional actress. She quickly landed her first leading role as a young female Pimp in a movie called "D". Katie has been featured 5 times in films from Houston, TX. She currently performs in the "Dinner Murder Detective Mystery Theater Show". She also just landed a leading role in Industrial Law Enforcement Videos for Laser Shot. Her new career includes modeling for iLookUSA online magazine and working promotional modeling events in Houston. She has a thirteen year old son. Her hobby is playing basketball on a Model Basketball League and attending Zumba classes. Katie has had extensive acting training at the Neal Hamil School for Commercial, Film, Voice Over, and Theater. Her acting strength is Improvisation and Comedy. Katie is very passionate about acting and it is one of her greatest joys in life. Her motto is "Keep a Can't Stop Won't Stop Attitude" and "Success is the Only Option".
