Talent Management Contracts - To Sign or Not to Sign?

I was offered a talent management contract and could use professional weigh-in. While I'm thrilled to have someone help take my career to greater heights, I also feel it's a bit like a marriage, and I want to make the best choice. My two concerns are the fact the termination clause is not mutual: th...

This is quite standard. If it's not to your liking meet with them an ask for changes. Be very specific. They may like you enough to change their standard contract. If not then look for another manager.

Thanks so much for the feedback, D Marcus! Stay busy and well.

Demo Reel

I currently use Actors Access to find auditions for film and television, yet I do not have a demo reel posted to my profile. Has anyone found that it makes a huge difference when you submit for auditions with a demo reel? Also, I get many mixed reviews about what exactly makes a "good" demo reel. I...

This is something I have been thinking about doing for a while, because I am worried that my Scandinavian last name will give the impression that I have a...

Well not me personally, but I know they are in talks right now.

So in answer to your question, yes they are looking to secure a deal.

Well I wish this series great success. :-D

Thank you!!

I may be wrong, but I thought the most successful stage names were the 'prince' and 'cher' names. Havnt heard of the alphabet problem ( seems insulting ), but the reason to change your name I thought was because a name is difficult to pronounce.
