About Kevin

I refined my love for film as a employee at Erol’s Video club in the early 80′s. In 1986, I enrolled in college at NSU. By 1989, I was a communications major. In 1990, I launched my first record label (Prime Cut Records) which signed the now world famous Missy Elliot and her girl group “FAYZE”. I stepped behind the camera for the first time, directing my first music video.
In 2004 wrote my first novel entitled “The Barber Game”, I converted it into a script entitled “EVERY IDLE WORD” in 2008.
In 2011 I purchased a canon T2i 6 primes, an iMac, and Final Cut Pro X and produced my 1st short film “EVERY IDLE WORD”.

Unique traits: Independent Filmmaker: Script Development, Pre-Production, Location Scouting, Production, Post-Production, and Distribution. Software: Final Cut Pro X (ver.10.2), Adobe CS6 Production Premium Suite, DaVinci Resolve 12, Logic Pro X, ProTools 12, Final Draft, Color Finale, and Red Giant Director of Photography/Camera operator: Experience with complete line of Canon EOS Digital SLR Cameras. Also, Panasonic Lumix GH4, delivering 4k/Anamorphic production.
