Hello all!
I've been working on my new showreel, and I would really love some feedback on it!
Any tips on how to improve it? I really appreciate it :D

Hello there, Jon! Thanks for adding me to your network! I hope everything is going well for you :)
I've been a member on this site for a few years now, pottering around the place and having a good time! Thought I'd use this to introduce myself properly and say hello there! I am a Glasgow based actor/musician/presenter/voice artist/noise maker, and I love trying out new adventures and getting invo...

I am a Glasgow based actor/musician/presenter/voice artist/noise maker, and I love trying out new adventures and getting involved in all sorts of nonsense! If you'd like to see some of the projects I've worked on, here's a link to my most recent showreel - https://vimeo.com/140830687 You can also hear me in various things over here - https://soundcloud.com/eddymackenzie Hope you all have a lovely Sunday :D
Indeed, you've been a member longer than I've worked here. I hope you're enjoying Stage 32, and if you ever have any questions or suggestions, I'm your guy. P.S. Good reel, Edward. Thanks for sharing.

Expand commentHey Joey, thank you very much :D I was lucky enough to do a number of different student/short films over the years, and so I had plenty of footage to spool through when putting my reel together. I'd recommend people try and find opportunities to work in these sort of projects with people creating interesting things, and build up a body of work themselves! For the actual reel, keeping it simple, smooth and clean seems to be an overwhelming consensus. Nothing too fancy, just get to the point quickly and effectively. Short clips showing just yourself doing your best work, and moving swiftly to the next one. Hopefully someone else can benefit from this advice like I myself did before!
Hey Tomasz, thank you so much! I've been a rather passive member mostly, making use of the website resources mostly, and occasionally having a looksee here! Thank you for the very warm welcome :D
