Berg Studios is a good place to start. You can't really beat The Stella Adler Academy. And check out The Actors Workshop. You're right; there are so many. Audit a few classes, meet other actors and give yourself 6 to 9 months to find the one that fits your needs.
Walk the halls of The Complex on any weeknight and ask all the actors there. Everyone will have a different answer, but it's a good place to start.
