Creative Director of intrepidpilot film and media
I produce, teach and manage film and arts/media/cultural projects.
In terms of film I've worked in all aspects from screenwriting to camera work and directing to editing. I've also composed music for past projects and I hold a third level degree in Film Production and Screenwriting.
I used to work mainly with Final Cut Pro but not my go to suite is Adobe Premiere Pro (though I do still dip into FCP7 - and Da Vinci Resolve at times.)
Backgound: Starting out in music, I progressed into theatre as a not-so-great actor and decent enough writer, I also have background in arts having had past paintings displayed in an art gallery here in Dublin. More recently I've worked in arts management and programme direction having been the Artistic Director or a Dublin Arts/Film/Music festival and Programme Director/Development manager of a busy arts centre.
Finally I also teach languages alongside film and media as I think communication, arts and media are all interconnected and all of them give me the opportunity to travel and connect with people from a variety of places and life backgrounds.
So...'Sin É'...(little bit of Irish language for you there ;-) cheers!
