If you're hoping that industry pros (agents, casting directors, etc) will be watching this, then you need to cut a version that is less than 2min long. I personally skipped past the first clip after about 15sec, looking for your next clip. A CD or agent won't even do that. They'll just stop watching. You don't need to tell a story with each clip. The goal shouldn't be to make me understand the project. Instead, I just need a glimpse of you playing a certain character, and then we should be on to the next clip. Also, try cutting out as much of the other actors in the scenes as possible. Don't worry if the result doesn't make a lot of sense. Again, you're not trying to showcase coherent scenes, just you. Hope that helps.

Expand commentI think your strongest moment to start is at 1:09. I'd cut all that at the beginning and start with that very genuine expression at "What the hell does that mean". I'd even cut one of the sentences by the other guy, to shorten his time onscreen in your reel. Next, I'd cut to "Hello Mr. Fisher". Then, cut to 2:18 to 2:42, then 4:08 to 4:23.
