About Mark

I dabbled in make up, editing, comic book art, writing and short film making while growing up in the 1970's and 80's but decided to concentrate on a career as an International Disc Jockey, which went very well, including an appearance on Channel 4 in 1991 but I just missed out on further career advancements until the mid 1990's when I settled down and switched to local mobile work.
I am still writing and am now very concerned about pollution, energy production, climate change and global warming. I have written a book explaining how they all work to help provide people with the information they need to make informed decisions about investment, employment and taking direct action.
I have also written a science fiction book called The Truth About The Stars which has gained a five star review from Reader's Favorite, and two children's educational books.
I attended the six week basic screenwriting course at Ealing Studios in London which has helped me plan, write and edit all of my books and given me an insight into the entertainment industry, pitching, loglines and much more. Notably, I was the number one choice for main characters in read-throughs as the other course members were impressed with my voice and characterisations.
Going forward I will continue writing and will be getting into Audio Book recording and production, People have always told me I have a distinct and pleasant voice and enjoy it when I read to them.
