Crystal Lanaye Pegram

Singer, Songwriter, and Actress Crystal Lanaye, born Crystal Lanett Pegram hailing from Trenton, NJ, has been performing and singing for local audiences for the last 20 years. Crystal first started singing in the church choir at a very early age. She realized her dream of singing professionally by having the opportunity to perform commercials “Rap Snacks, “Club Basement”, and “The Phat 3 at 3 with Gary Young” all on WUSL Power 99FM (Philadelphia).

Crystal has currently been bit by the acting bug and can be seen acting and singing in local stage plays in the Philadelphia area, and Tri-State areas. Crystal attributes her soulful, sultry R&B sound to her musical influences: Pattie Labelle, Anita Baker, Toni Braxton, and the Late Great Whitney Houston.
After receiving her degree in Broadcasting and Communications, Crystal worked for a couple local radio stations in the Trenton area as a board operator.
