About Elaine

I am an award winning playwright based in Charlotte, NC. My satiric comedy "Life As We Know It" recently enjoyed six sold out shows during its eight show run at The Warehouse Performing Arts Center. Her plays have been performed in stagings and readings throughout the Carolinas and as far away as Ecuador and Los Angeles. My play "Car Talk" recently won first place for Three Leaches 10 Minute Play Festival in Denver, CO and will be performed in November. Her two new horror-themed comedies will premiere in October at Cape Fear Playhouse in Wilmington, NC.

Unique traits: I also write and perform comic monologues.
