The Pierce family is torn apart by grief after the death of their son Daniel. Each member of the family turns towards a different outlet in an attempt to find answers to the questions all around them. But it is their youngest son, Jonathan who ultimately is able to bring the family together again after a chance encounter with the unlikeliness of people.
