My Journey started in this “Thing” at a tender Age of 12 running talent shows out of the back yard of Pete Salvatore’s Liquor Store on the Eastside most Sunday Afternoons. From there it was a long string of auditions in Song & Dance and one special interview: Otto Preminger in Philadelphia at the Age of 17.
A Bachelor’s degree in Dramatic Arts & Psychology kick-started my professional career in San Francisco under the tutorage of Marguerite Roma and Shakespeare; this led to the title, Artistic Director for The Old World Theatre in Lake Tahoe, Ca. in 1977. I studied film technique at CIA and Lee Strasberg’s Institute along with a meager writing career in Poetry; but achieving Awards which led to producing my first film, “INDIANS” in 1980 Los Angeles.
I began submitting subsequent films and plays that I had scribed to International festivals in the medium of black & white, sepia and in the name of “Art”, releasing my first film both foreign & domestically called “DENIM” in 1990 while continuing to penetrate other markets worldwide under my own company: ALL AMERICAN ARTISTS Motion Pictures reg. in 1980.
