Hello everybody on Stage 32. I've been a member for few years now and just wanted to check in with the group. I'd love to connect with other production peeps, and mention that I have RED package along with a 3 ton L&G truck. I've been injured for a while now but still want to keep working. If any of you in LA/Orange County markets have some jobs coming through or a budget that limits your production, please get ahold of me and lets see if we can work together. I've been doing this stuff for 30 years but still love the team aspect and networking with other creatives. I'm trying to get the word out that I have production package and would like to see if I can save you and your associates save some $. I have 3 ton Lighting and Grip Truck set up with KInos, and HMIs and lots of tungsten lamps. I also have a RED® Scarlet if you want to shoot 4K -so if your crew is tired of driving to LA - I'd be happy to help you keep the budget down yet have the tools that you need make your shows the best they can be. I'm happy to find Stage 32 and share in this great resource. I've been capturing images of the "California Lifestyle" for over 25 years and have been working mostly in advertising and PR . Since Joining Stage 32 , I'm looking to connect with some other filmmakers and expand into shorts or even full length films. I'm able to bring a ton of resources to the table in the form of a RED® Scarlet Package, various camera support options and a well stocked 3 ton LIghting and grip package - all rolled into a 16 ft. box truck. I'm hoping that I can help support some of you who are ready to shoot or discus how to keep production costs down should you be in that position. Hello everyone! I've recently bought a brand new blackmagic cinema 4K camera. I'm looking to do some serious shooting and editing and test out the 4k waters. But I'm use to editing mostly 1080 kind of quality so I honestly don't know what to expect too much. Is the editing workflow any different? And in regards to hardware what should I keep my eyes open for macs and the ram, power, etc...?
