My SPECT scan showed a TBI and depression was superimposed. We're still fighting to have these scans be accepted as medical documentation in Canada. My nephew suffers from several brain health issues. I'm hoping Dr. Amen's book gives both of us a strategy towards better health, stability, and wellness.

That there is a fail to mention how though the scans can show abnormalities and not a mental illness... He isn't able to recognize that the gifts of those "deemed"
as "mentally ill" are in fact extremely psychic indeed...
It has been proven again and again and again... The sensitivity level of MOST do called mentally ill are actually our psychics, artists, mediums, healers etc...
But do not understand yet how to work with their energy...
One story saw of his about a young boy, that Dr. Amen did discover in brain scan what his issue is... Though blew off the young boys words of when he actually mentioned how he "saw" spirits... And directed that as not so true but part of this boy's scan... LOL.
ALL in ALL, he is a major factor player in changing out the words, wrong placement in our society of "mental illness"... It is just that ONE PIECE that I would say he doesn't have the wisdom about...
Surely none of us have all completely!! I sure don't understand scans!! Lol thank the Goddess he does!!
