Search for other production companies that do similar work, contact them. If yours brings resources, they'll talk to you.

(Have connections) So, for example if you met a producer, and they are working on funding for their film, you could ask if they have an editor, and assuming they don't, he/she could recommend you for their project. But, know where to look online as well. Like: productionhub.com has some job listings. But, having connections is the easiest way in my opinion.
