About Sonia

I am Italian bilingual award winning actress, published model, entrepreneur, screenwriter, director, singer, songwriter and inspirational woman. My love for acting and spotlight started very early in age.
I used to sing for my parents guests as a child and my mom would drive me around to singing competition and music and singing lessons. In high school I joined the theater and performed in there.
Then I met my husband and traveled the world as an army wife. I had and raised two children. While back in my native Vicenza I had the opportunity with USO in 1999 to participate once again in a play. It was a musical and it was called “Once in love with Loeasser” which was a tribute to his most famous soundtracks.
The army moved my husband once again and life got busy. I worked as administrative assistant, as insurance rater, insurance commercial line underwriter and insurance agent until, back in 2010, I opened a real estate business in partnership with my husband and started to teach Italian first at the local college and then also on line for the air force.
Till one day in February 2015 director NeVaughn Brown discovered me and invited me to come out to try for a new magazine, where I got noticed by Director Donald Minenger who has in production a new sit-com called “The Family” where I landed the role of Cathy.
Since then my journey allowed me to develop and expand in different areas and I am ready to release my first single as a singer/songwriter.
I am always eager to learn and to create and always look for the next opportunity to create and work with fellow thespians.
