I am making a show for Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
Lexi is a straight single cat lady, who finds it tough to be herself.  "Just because I'm not married doesn't mean I'm a matron, Mum!"

Any self respecting cat lady has seen her fair share of tails - starting with her childhood cat called "Chemo" (which means "cheers" in Inuit), to her current cat haven inhabited by two male cats... and one female dog (who thinks she is a cat).
This is the blurb... It will be performed at Caz-Reitops in smith st collingwood 3 nights per week during the festival at 9:15-10pm.

Lexi becomes the indie-pop songstress she has always wanted to be, by singing and recounting tales of the trials and tribulations of her nine lives. She ponders the things loved, lost and learnt that now make her a most wonderfully purrfect cat lady.
