Hope this finds everyone in a good creative place!

I'm reintroducing myself to the community. I am both an actor and writer (focusing on screenplays). I always try to bring a realistic human quality to my acting so that the project can come alive! I definitely believe that any project is not about me, but how I can help bring the project to life!!!!

As a writer, I like to tell stories that make people think. It seems these days that everyone is trying to force as much information into a 10 second sound bite, but that isn't the way that humans work. While there may be an entire universe in a single moment of time, stories don't work that way.

I love to collaborate as I firmly believe that no single person can have all the answers!

I'm an actor where my type is Authority Figure, Loveable Goofball, or a Nice Guy who does really bad things.

I'm also a writer who uses personal experiences from my life or observations of human behavior to create fantasy or SciFi stories where characters are believable and real.

Hi! My name is Mark Hawk, and I'm an actor/voiceover actor who has discovered late in life what my passion is - the art of acting. I have radio commercials that I've done (the voice for National Grid in Rhode Island and Massachusetts), along with various film work. I'm about to start an 8-wwe workshop at Stella Adler Studio in NYC (Weekend Introduction), and looking forward to the learning to come. I am a member of SAGAFTRA, and am feeling more alive than I've ever felt!!! Glad to be a part of this wonderful community!!!!
