About Liza

With over 25 years of experience in the Australian entertainment industry, I've worked as a young performer, TV presenter, and even founded a successful theatrical agency. But my passion for storytelling has led me to new heights.

I'm thrilled to announce that I've transformed my novel into a captivating TV series, complete with a Pitch Deck and Pilot script ready for production. Titled "Hot Chocolate in Wonderland," the story follows a former pop star and mother of three, who finds herself in a psych ward with her two erratic alter egos, Bibi and Rose, along with dozens of other patients. As she grapples with her addiction to supercharged hot chocolate and battles her inner demons, she questions what truly matters in life.

This unique and edgy project has already gained attention as a Quarterfinalist in The Southern California Screenplay Competition (2022) and a Semifinalist in the Pitch Now Screenplay Competition (Season 5) 2022. I'm currently seeking a literary agent to represent my work and pitch to producers who are looking for fresh and unconventional storytelling.

Unique traits: I'm married to a smashing awesome bloke and we have three individually wrapped peanuts. Passionate about treating people with kindness. I go nuts over books and movies and I have a quirky sense of humour.
