About Tom
I'm a composer, musician, and scholar looking to work on both short and feature-length films. I have an eclectic approach to scoring, and I use the broad knowledge of music I acquired as an ethnomusicologist to find the right musical 'voice' for a film. I currently work in Brussels as a studio musician and music teacher.
Unique traits: In my academic and musical experience, I have played, studied, and written in just about every style of music you care to name. This has turned out to be useful in composing music for film and theater, where I find myself able to make surprising matches between music and image.
