I think Ozark is brilliantly written. Every character is interesting and you never know what they're going to do. Expect the unexpected with this show. I would like to know what my fellow writers think of the show...for those who watch it. Do you think it's well written and the characters are unique and interesting?
I like the show for the unusual twist they put on the everyman motif in an unique situation. I also like the fact that I lived a few miles away from the set when when they were filming in Cherokee County, Georgia. Seeing places that I drove thru all the time is pretty nifty. ;)
Thought it was excellent. Like most shows in this narrative they tend to write themselves into the absurd after a certain amount of time. That said it was an interesting twist to change her to the lead protagonist.

It's that high simply because there are substantially less campaigns on S&S as there are KS and IGG. However, it does mean that S&S curates their stuff a lot better than the larger sites, and it's specifically for film, which means you'll have a bit more of a natural audience to pool from, so long as you get the first 30% from family and friends. (That's where all crowdfunding campaigns start.)

For a short you best bet is to work as many angles as you can to use what you have and source what you can for no costs. It sparks creativity. Biggest cost would be food for cast/crew. Best of luck!
