Stacey Pierce

Social worker. Published Young Adult LGBT Author. Screenwriter. Lyricist. I write under the name of Coffey Brown and my legal name. Hoping to connect with like minded motivated people. New York raised. Graduated from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff with an undergraduate degree in psychology. Graduated from New York University with a Masters Degree in Social Work. It's through my many experiences in the mental health field that a number of my ideas have evolved. I am inspired by shifts in the wind, ripples in a wave or by people. The smallest things give me the biggest inspiration. I have four completed scripts and am finalizing a pilot for a sitcom. I work full time and write when I'm not working, commuting or playing on the floor with my partner and our rescue dog Blue!
