I was born and raised in Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan. An avid fan of movies and music since early childhood, I set his mind on pursuing a career in the film world. In 1994, I moved to Florida to pursue MY dream within the walls of Full Sail University. Originally seeking an Associate Degree in Film, upon completion I decided to further my education by receiving an Associate Degree in Audio Engineering as well.
I started employment at Full Sail University in 1995 as a Lab Specialist in the Post Production Department. With hard work, I was promoted to Associate Director in 1997. Over the next few years, with a focus on Post Production, I became the Director of the Advanced Post Production Program. I loved what I was doing and wanted to further my education and experience.
In 2006, Full Sail University sent me back to school to achieve my Bachelor Degree in Entertainment Business. I saw the value in the furthering of my education and enrolled in the Master of Science in Entertainment Business. During this time, I was promoted to Department Chair for the Film Department. Responsibilities included the supervision of five Post Production courses and sixty employees.
In 2009, the University created a partnership with ESPN and they asked me to be the Director of the program. I graciously accepted and have established the ESPN program at Full Sail University.
