Bronxite Director, Alba E.Garcia-Rivas is currently working on her 3rd short film Dangerously Ever After, based on the Award Winning Picture book. This book was written by Dashka Slater and Illustrated by Valeria Docampo.
Alba is a master sculptress, her art creatures are in private collections all over the world.
Alba opened her FANTASIATION Studio in 2008. She graduated from the University of Puerto Rico achieving a Fine Arts BA Degree, she completed a Stop-Motion Film at the School of Visual Arts, NY, achieving the Dusty Film Festival Award for her stop-motion animation, The Happy Prince, by Oscar Wilde. She worked at Celebrity Deathmatch, MTV., as an Animator. Her new film Time Space Reflections in showing in many International Film Festivals all over the world.
Unique traits: I love to challenge the status quo by creating stories that are meaningful and perfecting the technology and stop-motion animation to create beautiful cinematic hybrid animations.
