Kris Serold, Creative Producer, was born and raised in sunny San Antonio. Exposed to video production since 2001 while attending Breckenridge High School, he worked behind the scenes of productions on and off sets.
In 2008, he jumped in front of the camera with his comedic partner J.D. Evans for their web series Kris & JD’s Radcast. Writing, directing and acting in each episode, Kris collaborated with local artists, actors, and video crew to bring skits and story arcs to life on the screen.
He found extra work freelancing at the historic Aztec theatre running the video production for the The San Antonio Rose Live Classic Country Music Show every weekend for two and a half years. Expanding outwards, Kris found work freelancing for NOWCASTSA, a non-profit news organization concentrating on hyper-local news of San Antonio. There he helped record and live-stream multiple events, edit video segments, and produce stories.
Kris returned to his academics in 2012 by enrolling at the Art Institute of San Antonio for the Digital Film and Video Production program. He graduated in December, 2015. Kris is currently juggling personal projects and commercial work.
