Chayo Briggs

I was born in Compton California and my parents are of West Indian descendants who stressed the importance of education and personal achievement.

I am an Entrepreneur, Writer, Motivational Speaker, Author, and Real Estate Investor and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, President, and Chairman of Briggs & Lay Pro, Inc. I have been in the real estate business for the past 16 years. As an American business magnet to for fill my dream and goals, I have observed the teachings of real estate gurus like Hubert Humphrey, Jhon Beck, Dave Lindahl, Dr. Ervin Briggs Sr., Regina Littles, Carlton Sheets, Eric Estrada, Robert Kiyosaki, Robert Allen, Donald Trump, Russ Withney, Charrissa Cawley, and Armando Montelongo.


I graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and attended college at the University of Omaha Nebraska and received my Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Blue Rivers Community College. I completed my Bachelor's of Science in Business Management at Ashford University and I finished my Master's of Science in Public Administration at California State University, San Bernardino. I am a doctoral student at Grand Canyon University working on my Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership.

I was raised within the structure of the Filipino culture such as learning the (Tagalog) language and the concept of Kapwa, and is describe as the unity of "self " and "others," a sense of "fellow being". Currently writing a book titled A Multi- Cultural Family Struggles Against Economics, Racism & Social Hardships. I am a man of Action oriented, Assertive, Confident, Determined, decisive, Disciplined, Independent, Logical, Leader, Pragmatic, Productive, Proactive, Responsible, and Task-Dominant. I am a Pescatarian Vegetarian and have been for over 16 years. The word is occasionally used to describe people who abstain from eating all meat and animal flesh with the exception of fish. Although the word is not commonly used, more and more people are adopting this kind of diet usually for health reasons.

I have traveled to Key West, Bahamas Oxford, Morelos Mexico, Oaxaca, Nassau, Freeport, Grand Bahama, Ireland, Wells, London, Stratford, Florence, Dublin, Monte Carlo, Gualajara Mexico, Monaco, Barcelona Spain, Paris, Rome, United Kingdom, England, Acapulco, Cuernavaca, Mexico D.F., Shannon Ireland, France, Italy, England, Venice, Puebla and Munich Germany. This summer I plan to travel to South Africa, Beijing or Imperial China, Poland, Egypt, Japan, Greece, Denmark, Sweden, Russia.
