About Mark

An award-winning writer, Mark has written films that have aired on Syfy, Showtime and various streaming platforms including Prime Video. He co-wrote and co-produced the thriller “Transylvanian Curse,” starring Robert England, and co-wrote and co-produced the supernatural horror “The Seamstress,” starring Lance Henricksen. He co-wrote “Midnight Movie,” winning best feature at the Chicago Horror Festival. Mark also wrote and produced the short thriller “Reflections,” winning numerous awards on the festival circuit, including Best Suspense/Thriller at WorldFest-Houston, Best Live Action Short at the Phoenix Film Festival and Best Horror Film at Dragon Con. He has years of experience as a script consultant/story analyst, and has also worked as a production assistant, grip/electrical swing, production notes writer, as well as landing the not-so-coveted role of “Ex-Boyfriend #1” in the surreal short “Night's Necromantic Rose,” in which he boasts nearly, but not quite, 1 1/2 seconds of screen time.
