About Suzette

Suzette Burton studied film and video at Pratt Institute where she graduated with a BFA in Film/Video in 2006. During her time at Pratt, Suzette created several films and video installations including a documentary entitled DISCONNECTED about her father’s mysterious death. Since graduating from film school, Suzette has worked as an Editor/ Assistant Editor and Assistant Producer for a variety of television shows including The Maury Povich Show, Atlas Media, Black Entertainment Television, Mr. Youth (Biggest Loser: Million Pound Match up tour, Neutrogena, and Microsoft), The Tyra Banks Show, Stick Figure Productions (Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane) and Celebrity Catwalk. Suzette currently works at John Jay College of Criminal Justice as a videographer and video editor and is currently the Co- Producer on a feature documentary called Daddy Don’t Go with Pureland Pictures.
