Hiring Process in Studios in Los Angeles

I need help. I need to know how long the hiring process usually takes. Or what the steps are at least when you apply to jobs at studios either via their websites. I've applied to several jobs this week and up to about two weeks ago, and I have only heard back from one. Which I applied to 7 days ago....

Unfortunately there's no time indicator for this. The only feedback you should have received to date is an auto-reply indicating you've applied for ___ position.

Needing Some Advice....

Finally made my way out to California. Now, the long hard road begins. Does anyone know of any good Staffing Agencies that do a lot of work with the Entertainment Industry, specifically the Studios around here? I need to get a foot in the door and I am willing to work my way up to the job I actually want... any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the suggestions!

I'm not in LA, Cara Spiller, but let's connect. Maybe something in the future. I look to fellow S32ers whenever I can.

We broke down several episodes for the show that we're speccing. We were going to submit the script sooner, but the last two episodes of the season kind of made our initial idea moot. However, I feel that this new script is much stronger. Thank you for the feedback everyone.
