Frank Fernandez is a Multi-Media, Emmy winning, member of the National Academy Recording Arts & Sciences, Producer and Production Executive. Currently Executive Vice President of FOOTPRINT.tv. Recently purchased by the Aeru Brothers studios out of Atlanta, Georgia.

Formerly with NBCUniversal, this Multi-Emmy winning Producer and Production Executive, created and produced many musical specials and series, including the variety special "Dare to Dream”, NBCUniversal entertainment’s first digital music series “The Scene@ Gibson” and as one of the original members of NBC Records, produced the Today Show Concert Series Soundtracks (Volumes 1,2 & 3).

2008, he created two sixty minute documentaries featuring the New York Philharmonic Tour of South America, for USA network. With CNBC his credits include the production of the first bilingual international business series entitled "The First and The Best" and the Entertainment art series, "4 Art Sake", which aired globally on over eighty cruise ships through an integrated partnership between Park West Gallery and Cruise Lines Entertainment.

2009 Frank executive produced MTV HD first music special, in 5.1 surround sound, "The Venus Concert". In addition to music and entertainment, acted as the 2015-2018 served as Executive in charge of Production for the World Series of Beach Volleyball.

Also in 2015, Frank co-founded FOOTPRINT.tv, a multichannel/OTT entertainment network, utilizing the latest Over-The-Top (OTT) technology to distribute entertaining video content to Millennials on their Connected Devices (Roku, Amazon Fire TV, and Chromecast), Smart TVs, Set-top-boxes, Gaming Consoles, and Mobile devices. FOOTPRINT.tv provides premium content, hours of full episodes preprogrammed the way TV channels are with content that you want to watch. FOOTPRINT.tv was sold to Endavo media in 2016 ().
