Hi, everyone, my name is Devon. It's great to meet you. I am looking to connect with people on here, as well as all of the social media channels.

I'm actually working on a series right now which is a prerequisite to my next stepping stone endeavor called the Indie Film Network, LLC. The goal for my Behind the Scenes TV is to, essentially, create something that could be classified as the "TED Talk of the film industry." We want to take people on a journey, in every capacity of filmmaking, all departments. We will be using standard Smartphone filmmaking equipment to make a point - to show people that they cacn get started with virtually nothing but the clothes on their back and a smartphone, while simultaneously we snag interviews and master classes from people who have been a part of the film industry for 20 years or the ones that are just getting started. We hope this can be a series all can enjoy, whether you want to refine your skills, advance your career, or simply you're just getting started and want to see what others in the film industry are doing.

I'm moving to Atlanta in the next month or so in the hopes of finding a job in film/television. Would anyone have any suggestions on places in Atlanta I should look into? I'm hoping for something like Development Assistant, but anything to do with writing/producing would be ideal, or any assistant position. Thought I'd ask around - thanks!
