About Alex

Originally from Pittsburgh, moved to the west coast a year ago. I have been photographing since 2009 doing freelance work as well as working for multiple photo companies. Around my third year of high school I gained a love for film. I began taking acting classes and continued in some in college. After graduating I stopped acting and focused solely on photographing. I graduated college with a BA in commercial photographing in 2013. It wasn't until a year ago that I heard of unit still photography, a perfect way to combine my two favorite things. Recently I worked on a couple of films as the still unit photographer and hope to continue to build knowledge and experience in my craft.
