Gil Pritchett a prolific actor/coach,singer songwriter/composer,digital music producer,choreographer,inventor, poet,teaching artist, and student of the Art, resides in Dallas Texas.
Gil Pritchett aka Bro. Gil a veteran of Broadway Musical Theatre is so very blessed to have worked and trained with many a great artist in the business of show. Artist like the late great Beah Richards, Lynn Redgrave, Elizabeth Montgomery, Robert Conrad,Shelia Scott Wilkenson,George C Wolfe, Gregory Hines, Ruben Santiago Hudson, Tony Pinkins, Phylicia Rashad, Ben Vereen, Larry Marshall ,Arnetia Walker, Lillias White, Bryan Stokes Mitchell, Andre DeShields, Linda Twine, the late great Luther Henderson, Leonard Oxley,Freda Payne,Nancy Wilson,Liza Minnelli,Barbara Montgomery and many more. The work ethic and discipline learned and practiced from these great artist is invaluable to my authentic truth as an artist. A student of the art Gil recently graduated Cedar Valley College with an Associate Degree in Digital Music Production/Composition and Audio Engineering. He has just written and composed a performance piece "In My Own Eye" a cabaret not to be missed... is seeking backers to help produce this performance piece as a tool for creating jobs and a sustainability in Dallas for starving artist, building his name and visibility as a writer producer and is looking forward to entering SMU to complete his BFA/MFA in the Fall of 2017.
The art of Being is the life mission of the authentic artist....reinventing ways to working persistence is the rub. I love what we do as Artist. I am the best at what I do because of the teaching , the disciple and Hard work ethic practiced daily as we reach for opportunity to sustain the art of making a living being authentically creative.
