Sayed Rohani

I received my BA from Kabul University; my MA from City College, NYC.

I have contributed to all kinds of literary fields. As a playwright, I have published Will-0’-the Wisp and The Universal Players; as a novelist, I have published Into the Shadows, Into the Light; Humanity May Fail, Not Truth and Justice; Innocent Tears; and Wedding in the Sandcastle. As a short story teller, I have published Ibn Sina and many others. A good number of my short stories are left unpublished.. As a poet, I have a number of poems both published and unpublished, plus numerous articles and a myriad of adages. My works reflect social injustice, political corruption, and psychological dilemmas, focusing on the aesthetic phenomena and universals such as truth, justice, humanity, freedom, beauty, etc.
