About Miguel

Miguel is a portuguese Storyteller/Director/Actor/Voice Actor.

He partly grew up in the portuguese music industry, but most of what he knows as a singer is self-taught.
He studied Cinema, Video and Multimedia Communication at Lusófona University (Lisbon). Here he was a part of the Christopher Vogler's workshop "Writer’s Journey".

Here he got the opportunity to work as a Videographer for Axel's journey to become the Portuguese representative
in the 2011 Eurovision Contest. This included: getting footage of Axel in a recording studio and behind the scenes on the day of the Festival. Vlogging in Portugal before it was "cool".

The friendships he made at the University allowed him to work as a Music Video Director for Fernando Correia Marques and João Loy.
It was also during this time when he met friends that made short Youtube sketches, inviting him to write/act/co-direct.

The acting experience started by being involved in the wrestling world as a Referee at World Stars of Wrestling (WSW).
People can talk bad as much as they want about the nature of wrestling but, as a referee, he learned to listen to the live crowd and be part of the action and storytelling that goes on in the ring.

In 2015 he moved to Newport, Wales, and had acting courses with Peter Woodridge and at The Chapter. This gave him the opportunity to start acting in local short films.

In 2016 he was a Stunt Performer in the feature film "Knights of the Damned".

In 2017, he did voice acting for Babalugas Estúdio's "Wacky World" (Youtube Channel).
He later moved to London and he got to do the "Intro to Motion Capture Acting" course with the Mocap Vaults team.

In 2020, moved to Spain and is currently working as a Video Creator with Stef R. Lopez's youtube channel.

In 2021 he's been creating content on IG and TikTok.
