Sean James Boyer

Sean James Boyer is a post-secondary educated musician and composer with advanced knowledge and experience in composition and post-production media for radio, television and film. His passion for music began at the age of eleven when he picked up his first guitar. Sean began his career as an intern assistant at MJM Productions and worked on radio and television campaigns for Lakeport Beer, The Ford Motor Company and MADD Canada before going off on his own, composing music for film and television. He has worked with adventurer Brett Rogers and Les Stroud (Survivorman) composing music for the film 100 Days. Sean also wrote the theme song for Hamilton Life, a half hour lifestyle television program and he has also collaborated with other artists composing music for films such as Age of Dinosaurs and Alone for Christmas. Sean’s compositions can also be heard in documentaries such as M.D.(Iversity) airing on OMNI Television, Old Man River a 10 part online series and he is also working as a production music composer for Bell Media where his music is used on television programs such as Daily Planet, Etalk, CTV News, BNN and The Marylin Denis Show. He is also a composer for Hard Music Design, and The Eggplant Collective where he supplies music for advertising.
