About Kristine

I am a screenwriter and recently produced a short comedy film that I wrote which premiered at the 2016 San Pedro International Film Festival. Previously, along with a former writing partner, I sold two feature screenplays, one to Gold Circle Films, titled Cougars, and the other, Cover Your Assets to New Line Cinema. We also optioned a screenplay to an indie production company. Since then, I have written a female-driven comedy feature on my own and an indie feature. The indie, What Makes Crazy was a finalist in the 2014 California Women’s Film Festival feature screenwriting contest and earned an honorable mention at the 2014 Women’s Independent Film Festival.

I also co-authored several scripts including The Pirate Academy, which received the Bronze Award in the Family Film Competition of the Hollywood Screenplay Contest, and a single-camera comedy pilot, titled Candy Lane that took 3rd place at the Las Vegas Film Festival. Currently, I am seeking financing for an indie feature that I co-wrote titled, Gettin’ Gannie Gone.
