John Foss

John Foss works as a director and producer with Kaleidoscope Pictures, based in the Wasatch Mountains near the Sundance resort. He recently won an Emmy for a live televised concert he produced in 2015. He is also a producer on “Winter Thaw,” a telemovie starring John Rhys-Davies shot in Lithuania that will released holiday season 2016. Foss is in development on several other feature projects including “Skeleton,” penned by Brad Gann (“Invincible,” “Soul Surfer”) based on the galvanizing true story of Olympian Noelle Pikus-Pace.

Foss has directed and produced narrative and commercial work in New York City, London, Copenhagen, Geneva and Melbourne. His work has garnered attention from a number of festivals including the Heartland, Indianapolis, Palm Springs, Friars Club Comedy, Vancouver and Cannes International Film Festivals. Foss is also a screenwriter and was a finalist for the 2010 Sundance Institute’s Sloan Commissioning Grant.
